Join us in a discussion about COVID-19 based on the experience of an ICU RN. From presentation of the virus, to the critical care needed to address it, and the lasting emotional toll frontline workers continue to feel today, Allison Lindblom, a COVID ICU nurse at a Level 2 trauma facility and Med-Surg clinical instructor at CSU East Bay, will guide us through the realities of a COVID-19 ICU unit, the role, and responsibilities of a COVID ICU nurse, and deepen our understanding of what it's like working in the frontlines of caring for COVID-19 patients.
